Value Added Tax:

Our VAT Registration Number is GB729063723. Prices shown in this list are based on the UK standard rate of 17.5% (at the time of going to print), except for zero-rated items such as most books. Our invoice will always show the gross and discounted net prices for each product line exclusive of VAT, with VAT charged at the statutory rate current on the date of invoicing - calculated on the total value of goods, services and carriage as appropriate. Orders consigned beyond European Union countries do not have tax added, so prices charged are as listed in the 'Price Excluding VAT' column of this price list.

Quotations:

Where OTS is asked to provide a quotation, the prices quoted may lapse after 28 days.

Title of Goods:

Title of goods remain in the name of DTS until full payment has been received.

Delivery Claims:

We will usually consign goods within one working day of receiving your order. Customers must advise us of non-receipt within 7 working days of placing an order, or an Advice of Despatch Note' being received.

Returned Goods:

Every effort is made to ensure that goods supplied by, or through DTS, are of the highest quality relative to cost. Please test any equipment as soon as possible after receipt and notify us of any complaint. If you need to return goods within one month of delivery complete and return to DTS the Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) Form, a copy of which we enclose with each order. This enables us to understand the reason for and the nature of the return, identify the goods on their arrival and issue an appropriate credit note. If goods are faulty in any respect, DTS offer a 100% money-back guarantee, except see 'Damaged/Pilfered goods' below. If goods are not faulty, DTS offer an 80% money-back guarantee - except on flash, books and magazines which are non-returnable - provided they are unused and returned in 100% re-saleable condition.

Other Charges:

Administration and other charges are made when financial obligations are not honoured, or when parcels are re-directed or returned to sender for reasons beyond the control of DTS. Should these or any circumstances create an amount due to DTS, such balance will attract interest on a monthly basis calculated at 10% per annum unless restitution is made within 14 days of demand.

Damaged/Pilfered Goods:

You must claim in writing to the Post Office or other carrier within 3 days and then inform us. It is strongly recommended that you may also sign for the parcel 'received damaged' if that is the case, and retain all relevant items, packing and packaging materials.

Non Registered Customers:

There will be a £10.00 charge for any online orders that are refunded due to the fact that you are not a Registered (or equivalent) Tattoo Artist

Prices:

Effective 1 June 2004. Superseded all previous price lists. All orders are accepted on the understanding that goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the date of despatch. While we do our utmost to hold prices at their published level - or reduce them by means of special offers from time to time - the right is reserved to alter them without prior notice. Special prices can usually be quoted for bulk and/or contract supplies. Typographical or similar errors are also subject to correction.

Running Lines:

DTS reserves the right to alter, update or amend, add or delete any products within its range without prior notice. Underpayment or Overpayment: We do not operate credit accounts. Because of the difficulty and cost of maintaining a record of minor discrepancies, wherever it is reasonable to do so we reserve the right to vary the quantity of goods ordered to correspond with payment. We will endeavour to do this in a manner avoiding inconvenience to customers. A verbal quotation over the telephone should be considered when urgency does not allow time for a written quotation.

Expected Delivery:

Number of days shown will vary between main cities and rural areas.

Postage Charges:

Please request a quotation if you would like to pay by cheque, cash, postal order or bankers draft.
